LP Staking is more complex. It does yield more, but its to incentivize people to take the extra steps. Do this on desktop. Make sure you have the chrome wallet extension installed for the Coinbase wallet.
- Go to https://app.uniswap.org/pools/v2
- Connect your wallet in the top right corner
- Click Add V2 liquidity
- Field 1: ETH on Base (make sure the base icon shows in the top right corner of the search tokens field)
- Field 2: PKT on Base
- Click Supply, then confirm
- Then go to basescan.io and add your wallet address
- Click on the latest transaction that with method: Swap and Stake
- Look for the ERC-20 tokens transfer that says Uniswap V2. There will be a number there with a damsel point and a bunch of digits. That is your LP token quantity
- Then go to https://pkt.cash/app_dot_pkt/overview?ref=PKT-5-APR and connect your wallet
- Click staking tab
- Click add stake
- Then name your stake and paste the number you copied under LP stake
- Then choose the duration. You can LP stake for as little as 1 week. But the longer you stake the more you yield. 1 year = 4x yield credits.
- Then click next and confirm/sign the transaction.
