Routie accounts allow multiple users with different access levels.

Routie accounts allow multiple users with different access levels.


1. User Roles

  • Admin: Full access to devices, reports, settings

  • Manager: Location-specific access

  • Viewer: Read-only access to reports


2. Adding Users

  • Navigate to Settings > Team Members

  • Click Invite User

  • Enter email and assign role

  • Send invitation


3. Removing Users

  • Go to Team Members

  • Select the user

  • Click Remove Access
