# Managing User Access (Routie)

## Routie accounts allow multiple users with different access levels.

### **Overview**

**Routie accounts allow multiple users with different access levels.**

#### **1. User Roles**

- **Admin: Full access to devices, reports, settings**

- **Manager: Location-specific access**

- **Viewer: Read-only access to reports**

#### **2. Adding Users**

- **Navigate to Settings \> Team Members**

- **Click Invite User**

- **Enter email and assign role**

- **Send invitation**

#### **3. Removing Users**

- **Go to Team Members**

- **Select the user**

- **Click Remove Access**
