What does the 1 and 2 year warranty cover?

Routie offers a 1 year and 2 year Warranty from date of purchase. This must be purchased at checkout and cannot be added after receiving the product. The Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Routie will repair or replace the product, at no charge to the customer, if the product or parts of the product are defective because of improper material, or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What does the 1 & 2 year Warranty not cover?

This 30 Day Warranty does not cover any problems caused by the customer, including water damage, theft, impact or natural disasters. It does not include any malfunction or hardware problem that occurs outside of the purchased warranty period.
