Routie Account Settings

Overview

Routie account settings allow you to customize notifications, manage locations, and control device behavior.

1. Accessing Settings

• Log in to https://routie.io/login
  
  

• Click Settings in the dashboard sidebar
  
  

• Navigate between Account Settings, Locations, Notifications, and Devices
  
  

2. Account Settings Options

• Business Info: Edit name, address, and timezone
  
  

• Email & Password: Update login credentials
  
  

• Notifications: Customize alerts for guest activity, device status, or reports
  
  

• Team Members: Add, remove, or manage permissions
  
  

3. Location Settings

• Add new locations
  
  

• Assign devices to each location
  
  

• Configure timezone for accurate reporting
  
  

• Manage location-specific notifications
